The Line Through The Esses
In the world of auto racing, finding "The Line" is a combination of skill and art.
Here we see the journey of the field of racing machines and their skilled drivers through The Esses at night, during the 2018 Petit LeMans 12-hour race at Road Atlanta.
Time was used to generate a composite image comprised of 1second exposures over the course of nearly two minutes. The image is presented rotated 90 degrees to aid in the complexity of the abstract piece.
